Blog Spam?!?! I didn't even know such a thing existed. If you check the comments on my last post you will see two SPAM comments. The first one is somewhat disguised, the second isn't.
Oh well, i'll leave the comments there for a little while for you to see. Say no to Blog Spam!

Welcome to the darker side of blogs Jerry. I fight that crap all the time on my site enough so that I have a 200 item black list that prevents most of it, but it is still a pain in the butt.
Don't leave the spam. The search engines will pick it up. The spammer (and other spammers) will see it in the search engines and realize it's good place to place spam and they'll leave you more!

I knew they added this for blogger, but I bet they added it to blogspot too...
Go to edit your settings and under "comments" you can turn on "word verification" (at least you can for blogger, so I'd think you can too). It'll definitely help (but cause difficulties for visually impaired readers).
